設計變數因製造、組裝誤差及使用上的不確定性,造成設計值的變異,導致系統功能的誤差。本課程將介紹如何應用實驗設計規劃之系統方法,進行影響系統因子之實驗規劃及結果之數據分析,並應用田口式品質工程之概念,及配合實驗設計之統計基礎,搜尋最佳或穩健的參數組合設計方法,以降低設計對參數誤差的敏感度,使研發設計在其生命週期中的各種狀況下,仍能穩定表現出原有之設計功能。
Design variables and parameters are liable to product life-cycle variations which lead to the uncertainties of design optimality and constraint feasibility. The course will focus on the techniques incorporating the design uncertainties into the optimization using Taguchi’s parameter design to ensure design performance and quality through product life-cycle.
